At Candle Chemistry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance journey. If your order isn't a perfect match, we offer easy returns on all unused products within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused candles or supplies in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our lab inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
